Returns can be made within 14 days at any of our stores (online purchases included) or to our Customer Service Center (some conditions apply**). Simply provide your original receipt or confirmation number and we will complete an exchange of merchandise or refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment.
Returns with a Gift Receipt
Merchandise returned using a Gift Receipt will either be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise store credit for the amount paid. Please note that whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, you will be asked to provide a government issued ID.
**Any purchase to be returned or exchanged with receipt, must be in "as new" original condition and with packaging. Any returns without the original receipt will receive a merchandise store credit only.
**For hygienic reasons, there are no returns on pillow protectors and mattresses protectors unless it is in it's original unopened packaging.
**For hygienic reasons all pillows and mattresses are final sales. No refunds or exchanges.
**Clearance product is store credit or exchange only, no refunds.
After 14 days from date of purchase, Beddington's/Oxford Mills will provide an exchange or Merchandise store credit towards your next purchase for any product that has not been used or washed and is is in the original condition and packaging.
**Shipping and duty and fees will not be refunded for on line purchases.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:

All product returned to oxfordmillsoutlet.com or beddingtons.com will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Please use Canada Post Service for the best method of shipping.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect and process your return. If we are able to refund your purchase as received we will reimburse the total value of the merchandise purchased including any Canadian Provincial or Federal sales tax you were charged but excluding any delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
