COVID-19: Our commitment

Dear Valued Oxford Mills Home Fashion customers,

At Oxford Mills Home Fashion Factory Outlet, the safety and well-being of both our customers and team members is always our top priority. Rest assured that we are actively monitoring the Covid-19 situation and are taking precautionary measures to keep our community safe. As an essential service to our customers, we are implementing additional mandatory safety practices to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Some of these additional practices include:

• Each store will be provided with an ample supply of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and disposable protective gloves.
• The staff have been instructed to wash their hands between servicing each customer with soap and water or if not available then hand sanitizer
• The surfaces frequently used such as door handles, cash counters, payment machines, computer keyboards, etc. are wiped down with disinfectant solution frequently throughout the day especially during high traffic times
• We have asked staff that are not feeling well, or recently returned from abroad to remain home for recommended isolation time frame
• We will continue to monitor situation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the continued safe environment within our stores for all our customers and employees
